In this era of trying economic times, there is alot of stress and concern in the day to day lives we all lead. Stress, anxiety and fear become a daily routine. There eventually comes a time when we need to stop, reconnect to our inner-selves, breathe, and find the ability to let go...Just Be...Yoga can help you achieve just that!
~Our philosophy is simply that it shouldn't cost $20 for a yoga class!!! Especially in this poor economic state. So just because the financial markets are on a roller coaster ride SHOULD NOT be a factor to stop your own individual practice!! Which is why we offer classes for $10....we love what we do and love to share it with our students!!!~
Just Be...Yoga is focused on providing safe, secure vinyasa-flow style yoga classes, Meditation workshops and Reiki. Private classes are available as well, beginner or more advanced.
Beginners will get all the basics needed to start a safe, An alignment based vinyasa flow practice with NO intimidation, and no stress... who would come to a yoga class only to become MORE stressed??? More advanced practioners will get a flow-style workout that incorporates the breath, while constantly "checking in" to the body, while flowing to popular yoga mantras...Meditation workshops are offered to explore the methods of relaxation and focus on breathing.
